COVID Community Response Update

How can you get involved?

Firstly please allow me to say that I hope you are all keeping well and are safe. I know that many of you are keen to get involved in the community effort and that some will already be out and about in your community. If you are still unsure how you can help please register your interest with Beecan - which is part of the HEY Smile Foundation. They are working with East Riding of Yorkshire Council on the Community Response to the COVID 19 pandemic.

Either click above to find out more and sign up or head over to the site.

Community Planners working with the military are also looking for volunteers and what skills those volunteers have.

If you have a specific skills set or would just like to help them out please click the link below to send an email to Helen Ling -

Don't forget also that the NHS is looking for volunteers. You can find out more by visiting or clicking below.

I would urge anyone that wishes to volunteer to help to keep safe and only volunteer with a recognised organisation.

Remember to follow the Governments guidelines and keep 2 meters distance and together we can fight and stop this. STAY AT HOME, PROTECT THE NHS, SAVE LIVES
